the founding principal of an Arabic-language public school had been discriminated against, and this is according to a federal commission.
The commission had determined that there had been an act of discrimination of the part of the New York City’s Department of Education when it was that they had forced the principal of the school to resign.
This had been back in the year in two thousand and seven, and it had been following up to a storm of controversy that had been driven by opponents of the school.
