One of NYC's most beloved urban animals - carriage horses won't be seen on streets of the city if Queens Democrat Tony Avella's proposal to ban the carriages will pass through legislation. Avella with the Coalition for New York City Animals, explained the the city is no place for horses which can harm them and people around. The ban will slash 400 more jobs in the middle of the economic crisis.
